Who we are
Geshtenja Company SHPK is a construction company based in Peja, founded in 2013. From day one our mission has been simple: to build living spaces where people truly feel at home — with quality materials, thoughtful architecture, and on-time delivery.
Our story began with the first project at the former Green Market in Peja in 2014, then expanded to Ulcinj in 2018, Gjakova in 2019, a new project in Peja in 2021, and a presence in Prishtina in 2025. We hold every project to the same standard: transparency with buyers, continuous quality supervision, and care for every detail.

The first project in Gjakova is delivered, expanding Geshtenja Company's presence in southwestern Kosovo.
2021
City Residence begins in Peja — a modern residential project that strengthens the company's portfolio in the city where the story started.
2025
Projekti Prishtina e Re begins — Geshtenja Company SHPK expands into the capital with a new chapter of development.
